Interviewer Instructions
Welcome to the interview practice system. Here's a quick guide on how to grade the applicant.
Grading Key
Review the Grading Key at the top of the form. This provides the criteria for the 1-5 star rating system.
Answering Questions
Auto-Save: Your notes, grades, and timers are saved automatically as you go.
Start/Stop Reply: Click this button to start a timer when the applicant begins their response. Click it again to stop.
Refresh Question: If needed, click the circular arrow button (↻) to get a new question from the same category.
Grading Buttons: Click one of the 1-5 buttons to assign a score, or select N/A if the question is not applicable.
Submission & Editing
You must provide a grade (1-5 or N/A) for every question before submitting. Once you submit, you will be taken to a waiting page. If you need to change your answers before the other interviewers are finished, you can click the "Edit My Answers" button.
